Dr. Safeeda is a dedicated and compassionate ENT surgeon committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. She completed her MBBS from Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, followed by MS in ENT from Government Medical College, Trivandrum. She further obtained her DNB in ENT from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, solidifying her clinical and surgical expertise in otolaryngology.
Dr. Safeeda has gained valuable clinical experience through her roles as an Assistant Surgeon at a Community Health Centre and as a Senior Resident in Government Medical College, Trivandrum and Government Medical College, Kollam. These roles helped her develop strong clinical judgement, surgical proficiency, and a deep understanding of patient care across diverse settings.
She is a certified specialist in vertigo and balance disorders, having completed an advanced, structured course in the assessment and management of vestibular and balance disorders from Yenepoya University. Along with neurotology, she has a strong professional interest in allergy, asthma, and immunotherapy, offering comprehensive evaluation and management to patients with allergic and respiratory conditions.
Dr. Safeeda is an active member of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI) and also a member Neuro-otological and Equilibriometric Society of India. She regularly participates in national and regional conferences, workshops, and academic programs, ensuring she stays updated with the newest advancements in ENT and related subspecialties.
Known for her patient-centred approach, clinical precision, and commitment to continuous learning, Dr. Safeeda strives to provide holistic and effective care to all her patients.
